I’m guessing you bought one-too-many workout apps that… once again… you fell away from after the excitement wore off.

How did you get here?

  • You’ve considered 1:1 personal coaching, but the price is so far out of budget. Maybe a few check-ins a month would help

  • You want muscle gain (for general health or aesthetic reasons)

  • Missing the first workout felt icky, but soon you stopped feeling any remorse. Before you knew it, you had only completed 3 of the 30 days of workouts.

Who the heck am i to understand your struggle?

Let’s rewind back to 2021.
I am now a forced home-body. I am motivated to workout, but I can’t make it to the group fitness classes I used to hit weekly, and I don’t really know how to get the same workout in at home.

Yep, even as a trainer… Somehow the motivation to workout isn’t the same in a different setting.

I’m not unmotivated, but I do have a tendency to quit the new workout app after the excitement wears off. 🤪

Now we fastforward and pause to 2024.
I am decidedly a home-body and mother of 2. I choose to workout at home over the gym because I save time, money, and my day feels weird if I don’t intentionally move.

Mental drama around starting the workout, or feeling like obstacles are hitting you like dodgeballs is normal. We can turn your initial motivation to start a new workout program into a ritual you’re confident in and proud of.
