The BTB Membership is built for women who want to lift at home and have chaotic, filled-to-the-brim days.

We value education, efficiency, and working the movement patterns that your body needs in order to lift, carry, and push through life. Whether you’re wanting muscle gain for aesthetics or general health, you are welcome HERE.

  • Education on how and why we we’re lifting that day,

  • 30-45 minute workouts (that expect you to have interruptions),

  • 4 days a week,

  • Inside an app (because I just can’t with PDFs or ebooks)

Requirements? Dumbbells and the occasional band. Our members use 1-2 pairs of dumbbells, their home gym, or go to a fully-stocked facility (a benefit to the messaging part int he app >> Ask your coach what substitute you could do in the gym!)

  • Access to your membership opens the Sunday prior

  • Quick videos on core, pelvic floor, and resistance training vocabulary are sent your way via email

  • I am available for all questions in your app or via email (bumpstobarbells@gmail.com)
